What is iUSD (IUSD)?
iUSD is the native stablecoin of the Initia network, built on Agora's AUSD and bridged to Initia via LayerZero. It is fully backed by short-term U.S. Treasuries and USDC, with reserves managed by VanEck and custodied by State Street. Rather than letting reserve yields accrue to the issuer, iUSD redirects them back into the Initia ecosystem as incentive capital for users participating through LP provision, lending on Echelon, and Cabal vault deposits.
Where can you buy iUSD?
iUSD (IUSD) is traded on a wide range of centralized and decentralized exchanges. The most liquid markets for IUSD sit on tier-1 venues - the sort of exchanges where institutional desks and professional market makers rebalance continuously - which is what keeps the spread tight and the last price tied closely to fair value.
The price and 24-hour volume on this page combine the exchanges ReadPrices tracks for IUSD. Before you trade, compare the fee schedule and the order-book depth on the venue you plan to use: the same coin can cost noticeably more to buy on a thin market.
