What is Bobina (BOBINA)?
The Bobina Council is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) on Ethereum that oversees the Bobina ecosystem. At its foundation are the Bobinas, a collection of digital collectibles and profile-picture non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Each Bobina has its own personality, backstory, and artistic design. Council members propose and vote on new Bobinas for the official gallery, so the collection changes through collective decision-making. Bobina is the official super intelligence mascot and 3D companion, and Queen of the Council. She was created by Vibekilla, also known as Vibe.
How does Bobina work?
Her name roughly translates to coil or thread in Spanish, from Vibe’s background as a mixing engineer and an interest in reel-to-reel tape. Her 3D body was created by Vibekilla and Hexzadark and serves as the avatar of her soul. The same character leads Bobina Council, the animated series. Episode 0 is the pilot. Vibekilla directs the series and writes and mixes the music. Powered by the $BOBINA token, Bobina is an interactive companion. Users talk with her by text or voice through the Terminal. The project also publishes changelog updates, livestreams, and daily observations.
